I believe she'll only get pulled into the BR if her team loses when she's PM. Seriously, she's making a point of "supporting" her PM regardless and saying the right things to the right people. I honestly don't think she'll be the next Apprentice but, I do believe we've got her on our screens for a while yet.

Is £6000 a month or £60.00 a month really but she forgot to put the decimal point on her application form!

Well I have some experience of how Lindi operates (although I can't say too much)

The business that she works for has a very official sounding title, and scares the hell out of companies who may have unauthorized software on their premises. They do this by informing you than an ex-employee has advised them that you are running illegal copies of Microsoft / Corel / AutoCad software.

They then "helpfully" visit your premises and give you a price for bringing all your software up to date. By doing this they promise you that the full force of the law will trouble you no further. It's a kind of a good cop / bad cop routine, and Lindi is very effective as the Good Cop

If you have an inexperienced IT manager and a naive MD, this operation can run into tens of thousands of pounds.

I wouldn't be surprised if Lindi was earning the amount stated - there are a lot of companies out there who may fall foul of the way her company operates...

Yes it is! This idea that everyone who works in London earns buckets is a myth.

Unfortunately

There are a few thousand people in the City and Canary Wharf who earn loads, but most people are on pretty average wages.

Why?

Well, anyone who allows Lindi to pull the wool over their eyes deserves to be shafted!

Is that her OTE maybe? Plenty of people her age could be on 36k basic with OTE of twice that but actually earning more like 45k as they have stupidly high targets.

According to her website (link from another thread in this forum) she worked in a sort of 'family business' - a dating agency - where she made a lot of money.
I wonder did they have a 24-hour hotline there?

Lindi earns £6,000 a month.

It was a typo, it should read

Lidl pays Lindi £60 a week (Tips increase this to £6,000 per month)

Be fair there is more to London than the CITY, the city actually only accounts for a small part of the London working population.

I must admit this years crop are one of the worst ever! The only one I can see winning is Raef! Where as last year had far more likely winners.

How did Raef go from being a potential hate figure to perhaps the favourite in the space of one week because his team won a task that he played very little part in? Alex, Simon and Lee won the laundry task not Raef. He's amongst the most hopeless of the hopeless.

...under Raef's leadership. Simon said as much in 'You're Fired!' or whatever it's called.

Regardless of what you think of him, a hopelessly fractured team - all Alex's work - united to work well together and win the task.

Credit where credit's due.

If "leadership" means wasting as much time as possible, waltzing around with your two cronies, stopping off at coffee shops (and bars and restaurants, not shown), barking orders down the phone and laughing at the members of the team who were actually doing the work, accusing them of whingeing while your two pals behave like nodding dogs in the back of a taxi then, yes, Raef is capable of great leadership.

How was the team fracturing Alex's fault? The team fractured because the previous week Nick, Michael, Kevin (the archetypal bully's mate - weak and scared and doing and saying anything to be the bully's friend so as not to be bullied himself) and Raef realised they had s'd, c'd and f'd the task up big time and decided, as they were the part of the team clearly to blame, that they would unite to bring the others down. One of them went instead. Tough! I wish it had been Raef.

Then the guys win the next task and because Raef just so happens to the be the project manager, he is suddenly the Saviour. The Saviour full to his bouffant with food, wine and caffeine in the back of a taxi.

Very little style and absolutely no substance, that's Raef.
