£15.99 for a colour print?!

Helene's team were dreadful last night. I cannot believe people were paying £15.99 for a colour print out!

There is no denying the power of children pestering their parents for a photo with "David Beckham"

I know, it wasn't even on photo paper, but standard A4. People were truly conned and I'm suprised they didn't have complaints actually

Indeed. Above all else, they are taking people's money and I think by deception. Surely they are on dodgy ground, when they are advertising a photo and their examples are on photo-quality paper, yet the product they sell is on ordinary paper. Wouldn't trading standards have something to say about such sharp practices?

What happened to the mugs/keyrings/jigsaws that they were meant to produce? If I was the customer I would not have paid unless I had my Beckham mug!

When the voice over guy said they were using normal A4 copier paper I thought they are going to loose. I just thought there is no way anyone will pay up. Boy, I was wrong.

I agree, I thought that in reality it breached consumer rights as they did not provide what they had promoted.
The people were paying but after waiting so long and not wanting to disappoint the poor kids they might have just thought cough up and get out.
