Is it just me, or are this lot just a useless shower trading on paper qualifications but no actual practical management skills.
The key to management is to inspire your team to get the best out of them. The only one who perhaps has come close to this is Raef in the laundry task - winning universal praise in the BR from his team.
The other factor is ego, they all have a over-inflated opinion of their own self-importance and abilities. If they are really as good as they say they are, why aren't they in £200k jobs already!
Most of the time, I find myself thinking "use your common sense" as I watch them go about the tasks, or "shut up and get on with it" when they start bitching and sniping. Most of the tasks last 1-2 days, if they can't put their differences aside for that short period of time, then they are not cut out to do the job. There focus should be "task, task, task" offering suggestions where necessary, leaving it to the PM to make the ultimate decision as to if they follow it through or not.
