Correct answer!

She was clearly prepared to put herself and her team at risk of losing the entire task, all for the sake of using Lucinda as a fall guy.

It was also a good ploy of distancing herself from the bulk of the blame should it all go belly up.

Well Helene and Lucinda are turning into a hilarious double act. Expect more drama and bitchiness over the next few weeks - I'm sure Sir Alan will soon tire of it and get rid of them both! But they do make good telly (if anyone remembers the Omarosa Heidi feud from the first US series of the apprentice they will know what I mean).

Theres only one thing she did do. Shouted at Lucinda.

I can't believe Helene appointed Lucinda as the techie person, when she knew Lucinda was awful with anything technological. It's as if she wanted her to fail, thus get her into the board room to kick her out....

she set lucinda up as the fall guy if they lost the task insteadof mucking in and trying to win the thing which luckily for her they did

Haven't been able to watch the episode till now, so I apologise if I am duplicating any other comments. I have never liked this woman, from the start there was something underhanded and oily about her. Last weeks episode, just proved how deceitful and underhanded she really can be.

This was my thought as well, sadly the Helene didn't hit the fan; so this only makes Helene look better that she pulled this off. For her to sit there in front of SAS and say Lucinda was lazy is a blatant cheek, when she appeared to be doing bugger all throughout the task. If she wasn't criticising Lucinda for incompetence (another fabrication), she wasn't improving the situation in anyway.

As a PM she has the hands off approach, letting people get on with the job and letting them mess it up before pointing out their mistakes. People like that irritate me so much, especially those in a senior position where they should be guiding, advising and problem solving as part of their job. Helene is quite frankly as much use as a chocolate teapot, not to mention a thieving bar steward by printing portraits on plain A4 paper and charging £15.99 for the privilege.
