Has anyone ever followed a TV chefs recipe and actually enjoyed eating the results?

Yes, all the time and enjoyed it too.

If you haven't enjoyed the result, may I suggest you don't use Delia or Nigella recipes again.

Well, Jamie Oliver seems to have a fixation on tomatoes, chilli and garlic and Gordon Ramsay seems to get thrashed by every amatuer cook he does a cook off with in his own kitchen.

Floyd seems to use enough herb and spice to kill a large animal, probably cos his palette is pickled.

Can any of these guys cook?

I can't say I have - all I do know is that I've picked up tips and hints and ways to do things which have all been complementary to my own cooking

I assure you Gordon Ramsay can cook, his 3 Michelin Stars at his eponymous restaurant prove that.

Don't eat cake really.

I second Tommy, Ramsay is a bit of a genius.
