I think they should just leave them out regardless- if someone has got the talent, which is the important thing, surely they wouldn't need a sob story to get votes
she's got a really good voice though. she needs to learn how to train it though, some parts were a bit weird, but she has potential and a nice voice.

She was good, but she did not need to use that sob story. I think it is low for people to go on these shows and use sob stories.
