Well Done Cam

Very refreshing to see someone different on our TV for a while instead of the usual 'media stereotypes'.

Not everyone, but I would say about 95% of ppl in the UK. ”

Is that such a good thing ? Working with young people I have seen first hand the pressure, pain and heartache that comes from the mentality that you need to have sex before marriage. Peer pressure often pushes young girls and boys into early sexual activity this can have major emotional and physical consequences. Be proud of your " I don't know anyone who hasn't" views . I am happy to know the reverse is true for several folk I know.

Its a belief, like you might have a believe in everyone is equal, he was brought up in a certain way, so were you.....? We are all moulded into what we are through media. our parents and friends....... generally I still thought he was a nice guy, even though I thought his beliefs were out my realms.... doesnt just make me think he is a horrible person...

Every crack pot right wing organisation will be licking their lips tonight. 2003, the year the Uk began to feel ashamed of itself. I'm disgusted. I was brought up the sixties when many people fought to make sure Britain become a more tolerant and open society. Forty years on and a religious bigot wins the bigest poularity contest in Britain. It stinks.

Don't be too dis-heartened.

I did notice that many of those who were defending his statements were trying to explain them away by saying that he wasn't really saying what he was seeming to say. In other words he wasn't really being anti-gay or homophobic.

This at least shows a basic understanding that such things are wrong otherwise they would not need explaining away or denying when they are expressed.

If you see what I mean.

Cameron "supporters" - you've been had .....

The show is called Big Brother - it was meant originally to control the lives of the inhabitants of the House, but this year the producers of the show decided to manipulate the GBP on a massive scale and, despite their ineptitude and the efforts of Fed, Lisa and Jon, their objective was achieved .....

The audio/visual evidence of a conspiracy is available throughout this forum ...... no-one made it up - it's what people heard/saw on TV (despite editing and sound-dipping) .....

I hope somebody uses the events of the last 64 days for a novel or film - Cameron "supporters" will say "it could never happen" ..... I know it did .....

A miserable end to a once fascinating program ...... the viewing and voting figures reflect the disappointment felt by some of C4's audience .......

Big Brother lives and thinks we're stupid .....

VickyOut: Thanks for trying to reassure me : ) Denial's a dangerous place to inhabit, however. Though it's nice to know there are still some politically aware people still around - as on this forum : )

Well done Cameron!!

Cameron wasn't the only housemate that I liked but he was the only one that I voted for. His reaction to winning was a delight to watch. I know what has been said about him. I do have E4 and i've seen what everyone else has and no i'm not blind/deaf nor stupid. I can make up my own mind on who I like and I don't take kindly to having things rammed down my throat (eg. Kate Lawler on RI:SE).

I would have been happy for Steph, Scott or Ray had they won but i'm fair chuffed that Cam eventually won.

Some posters on here pounce on anyone who has a different opinion to theirs. Unless they have a good argument to make they should stay quiet rather than the 'you're an idiot' posts they very often make. I like a good debate and I like to read to all valid points of view regardless of who the posters support.

Didn't really like him but his reaction was lovely. Jon actually looked out of place ”

What was sickening was how Jon tried to embrace him.

Sissy and Justine were really happy to see Cameron win. And anyone who doubts Steph has the hots for Cam, only had to watch her this evening - when she was being cuddled by Justine. I really hope Cam gets his 70K and Steph.

and Cam accepted his gesture... but Cam hasn't yet seen the footage of Jon's campaign to discredit him, and appeal not to vote for him... ! I suspect Fed had been telling Jon that his second coming in the house was a miserable flop and totally backfired in favour of Cam!

Ah, so you mean it'll then be acceptable for Cameron to change his views? So, Jon was quite right to change his views after his initial eviction when he saw the footage of Cameron bitching about him then

No, I'm not - the Gestapo doesn't exist anymore.

I was merely pointing out one of the forum rules to try to avoid you getting a rather rapid ban. You are free to ignore my advice.

Here's my question - if Mr Tickle had wanted Cameron to win could he possibly have done a better job to ensure it? As the self-proclaimed great manipulator he was a serious disappointment.

Couldn't have put it better myself.

Mr T's alleged tactics played right into Cameron's hands and won it for him.

The real winner is the person taking 70 grand back to Orkney

Surely the editing, the trip to South Africa and the public's gullibility won it for Cameron...You give Jon far too much power and influence.........
