I disagree about Raef. I seriously do not see the guy as working under SAS , he's far too independant for that and I don't think he wants to either. he's just there for the TV exposure.

How do we know he is there for TV exposure? I stick to my hunch.

Michael has been seen making too many mistakes for me. He seems lousy at negotiation. We've seen him instantly give in several times (eg the laundry pitch). He was partly responsible for the over-spend on the pub task, and at the same time wanted to reduce the price on their soup. I can't see him winning unless he ups his game a lot.

Although I like Raef, I don't understand why people rate him so highly businesswise. I didn't see him doing a whole lot during the task he led; it seemed to be Simon who did the most on that one.

For me Alex and Claire are very different. Alex might get to the final four, but has no chance of winning because of his ethics. Claire can go all the way.

As far as I'm concerned, only Lee and Raef have even the slightest chance of becoming the Apprentice.

Lee - loud and belligerent, yes. But I bet SAS was no different at his age. Let's see if Lee has the business acumen and leadership skills to back this up.

Raef - the favourite. A very impressive comeback from that cringy Prince and Pauper remark. But beyond some of that bollocky hyperbole he actually seems to get things done and wisely distances himself from the bickering. Also, have you noticed the other vultures don't try to take him on?

As for the others:

Clare - overloud, overbearing, overambitious. Thick-skinned, pushy and great at hiding her no-talent.

Michael - he may be a late surprise but it's looking increasingly unlikely.

Kevin - a constantly bewildered expression shows exactly what's inside. No chance.

Lindi - Little fish in a big pond.

Helene - psychotic piranha.

Jenny C - As above but with staring eyes and man's jaw.

Jennifer M - er...has she actually spoken yet?

Alex - Not bright enough to be Machiavellian so plumps for being a sneaky little s**t instead.

Sara - Starts gabbling hysterically when she's in a tight spot.

Lucinda - Doesn't have the heart and soul for the big prize.

Incredibly astute move for Raef to have allowed Simon to do the most! Amazing leadership as well, really, all about letting those who can, do!

Given the strange decisions over Jenny and Simon, I'd say it is open to any one of the incompetents. My feeling is that it will be either Raef or Sara.

Thank you Bankgal,

Exactly this is what leadership is about; Putting people in the appropriate skill set, bringing people together for the common good, working with them when you can- should I go on? He performed his duties perfectly. What a star!

I don't know who can but I know who can't - Claire.

Not even Siralan could stomach her, although he might prolong her stay...for entertainment value only.
