Mitsubishi 4900 projector

Great projector, fantastic full HD pix and low low noise, BUT.

The Sky HD box pulses from signal to noise and back at about a 1 second period, it does the same but on a longer period with the Samsung HD-P1000 Blue ray player. This is on DVI and HDMI inputs and is probably an HDCP problem, again. My old projector was as happy as larry with both DOH! Thank goodness for component connections. Any ideas?

Sounds like your projector isn't HDMI/HDCP compatible? - it may just require a software update, or perhaps hardware changes - quite a few supposedly compatible products failed to work when HD sources actually appeared.
