Anyone got any advice what to do with a bottle of this? I was given a bottle for Christmas. I am assuming serve it cold with a Japanese style dish?

Sake is quite nice served warm or hot.

Sake is really good warm. Gets you nicely toasted, and ironically on that comment, it tastes a bit like warm bread!!

I think it's traditional to warm sake

If I remember rightly, when I had it, the bottle of Sake was put in a cup/pot of hot water, much like champagne in an ice bucket. This warmed it. It was then served in small ceramic handleless cups, the size of shot glasses

Sometimes it is served chilled as well. Does anyone know what brands are chilled and what are warm. I've only tried warm.
