Sake
Anyone got any advice what to do with a bottle of this? I was given a bottle for Christmas. I am assuming serve it cold with a Japanese style dish?

Sake is really good warm. Gets you nicely toasted, and ironically on that comment, it tastes a bit like warm bread!!

I think it's traditional to warm sake
If I remember rightly, when I had it, the bottle of Sake was put in a cup/pot of hot water, much like champagne in an ice bucket. This warmed it. It was then served in small ceramic handleless cups, the size of shot glasses |

Sometimes it is served chilled as well. Does anyone know what brands are chilled and what are warm. I've only tried warm.
