Is it possible to tell who is fired next week by the direction SAS points in?
I know it's a stupid notion!!
![]() ![]() ![]() If the taster trailers for the following week are genuine, is it possible to guess who is going to be fired next by the direction SAS points in?. My colleague thinks you can...and has made a prediction on you will go next week based on it. So, can you? (yes, this is the dumbest thread this week )

I used to think that.
But no you can't, because don't forget when he points and fires, hes looking at the 3 candidated brought BACK into the room. So they're no longer sitting on their team's side of the room, and could be sat in any order |

I used to think you could, but everytime I try to work it out I end up getting it wrong.

The team leader always sits in the middle, so if he points there, you can tell it's that person. Although you still don't know which team lost.

I've used this as an indicator since the first series, and actually you can usually guess. Of course only when you know who's going into the boardroom. The only trouble is that they don't always sit in the same position and differing camera angles, so have got it wrong. I mean, it looks like when he points directly in front that it'll be the PM, but depends sometimes whether the PM is actually sat directly opposite.

I hope not, its bad enough that at 6am on Thursday morning I have DS plastering the loser on their pages. I have to avoid DS until I watch the episode, otherwise it is spoiled for me.

Another problem is that the BB aren't above mirror-imaging the video in the previews. So if he appears to point to the left, he might actually be pointing to the right. This has been done in the past.

I think the trailer "you're fired" shot is filmed from different angles so it is impossile to tell.

A colleague of mine told me she always knew who was going to be fired every episode by using this method, then predicted it would be the one in the middle who was fired the next week and was completely wrong.

You could probably work it out from which way Sralan combs his hair - some of his decisions are so clearly insane from a commercial perspective that this may be the crucial deciding factor

The person sitting on SAS's left won't be fired obviously this week. It's gonna be the one in the middle or the one on his right.
