Is this a joke.........Is Lerner trying to be like Jeremy Beadle and he's having a big joke at our expense..............this is what happens Lerner when you strip the club of assets and do not re-invest

LERNER OUT
Has he stripped the Club of assets or sold the assets to plug the losses?

I have to say that whilst some clubs have welcomed foreign ownership as some have money to burn, others have discovered that foreign ownership is a complete nightmare.

Will Lambert go after this?

Why did Lerner stop spending? Is he being like Mike Ashley (saying that they look like spending £20m this window at least) and trying to make the club live within its means or has he become bored?
No one knows,,,,,i think he is trying to make the club live within its means,, but he never tells the fans what is going on

We was never really in any debt under Doug Ellis. When Lerner took over Martin O'Neil was the new manager so he opened his cheque book and MON bought players for big money on big wages. When Lerner realised it would cost him more money to lift us into the top 4 he pulled the plug,,,MON left and we've been struggling ever since

What has happened to the team- you need to replace the whole defence and midfield- you have 1 good player who is Benteke- if he has any sense he'll drop in a trnasfer request and be out by the end of the month.

Bradford are outplaying and outclassing you by a mile now.

Probably not, but he should. Backed him largely up to tonight, but I can't see how he can continue...this team can't beat a (albeit very good) League Two side at home, how can we expect to stay up in the Prem?

We suspect Lerner is trying to get the club living within our means. Admittedly he did let MON piss a lot of money up the wall, but you look at the other club Lerner owned-the NFL's Cleveland Browns-and he completely screwed them up too...he sold the Browns for $1bn last year and their fans were glad to see him go. He may have good intentions, but he never tells us what they are. There's only one way we're going at the moment with his tightened purse strings.

It would be incredibly cruel on Bradford if they don't reach the final from this position.

Has Lerner not got a UK based mouthpiece? A Chief Exec etc that trods out statements etc? Does he get to many games?

Relegation would be catastrophic considering the new TV deal this season. Huge game against Newcastle to come, if you lose that he has to go...mind I said that about Pardew and Reading beating Newcastle

Shocking attempt at a cross by Ireland there - didn't even clear the first defender. I wonder how much he's on per week?

Lambert probably realises there is no investment in the team.......believes we will be relegated, so he snubs Bent and is looking to be sacked,

This has to be a candidate for the greatest upset in cup football history.

Well done to Bradford but to be beaten by a 4th division team over two matches is pathetic.

I think we all know that cup upsets happen regularly, but to go out over two legs (second leg home advantage) on good pitches to a League Two side and concede 4 goals in the process, takes some doing.

Lambert surely has to go now, although I do think that the main problem is players who don't want to play. Bent is a disgrace - 'lack of investment' doesn't make him shoite.
