Just pray you have some awesome transfers under wraps, with less than a week to go, WTF is going on, not much in terms of talk?

Lambert has got to go now........i have lost all confidence in him........its one thing struggling against the top teams in the league with youngsters but there is no excuse for losing out in two cups games to lower opposition......I now beleive we will be relegated but it will be a certainty if lamber remains in charge

Isn't it better to go out of the cups when you're fighting relegation though?

My only wish is the deal i made in my head with the footballing gods......that i would rather stay up than win a cup....it had better come true now

I'd be surprised if Randy Lerner even knew that Villa were playing last night.

I know it's wonderful in hindsight but the money spent on new addition this season wouldn't have inspired me.

Apart from Benteke and maybe Vlar there wasn't much pedigree.

Bowery Chesterfield
Lowton - Sheffield United
Bennett - Middlesbrough
Ashley Westwood - Crewe
Brett Holman - free from Holland

Almost you were preparing for the Championship.

We won't even compete in the Championship by the looks of it.

How on earth have we got 20 points this season? How did we beat Liverpool? It must be a mentally issue and it seems Lambert can't sort it out. His management has messed us up.

Is there a boycott tonight?
(Genuine question, not a dig)

If he resigns now, I think it would be a boost to Villa's morale and they would probably win.

So the post-Lambert era would already see an improvement.

The Liverpool win seems to have handed a poison chalice to Lambert.

Villa are currently 2-0 down and some fans have walked out.

36% possession in a home game against a struggling team is shocking.

Lambert ditches the 5-3-2 tactics and look what happens...a massive improvement! In 45 seconds, we did more than we did in the first 45 minutes.

1-2 now. Surely we can't win this can we?

Lambert cost us the game. Terrible tactics in the first half.

Lambert is getting on my nerves now.....to listen to him in his post/pre match conferences its no suprise we are in this situation......i'm depressed just listening to him.......he mumbles his way through the interview with really negative answers and provides no Villa fan with any confidence going forward

So Lambert is set to make a signing in Sylla but is it too little too late?

looks like we have signed players with no Premiership experience again
Although we are lucky to get anyone. Thankyou Mr Lerner for our January transfers

Yeah I guess we are lucky to get anyone as at the start of the week I didn't expect us to sign anyone. So maybe two players is better than nothing but I'm still worried about the defence!
