3-0 now.

I didn't expect anything from Everton in all honesty, but I did expect us to show a little bit of fight and passion. Utterly effing shambolic.

This is just the same old rubbish from Lambert. It doesn't matter what he has at his disposal. The fact he was given a contract 4 league games in was a disgrace. It's like the Leyton Orient result didn't even matter. We are content of staying in the Premier League at the bare minimum and trophy runs don't even matter. The thought of kick and rush football up to 2018 makes me sick just thinking about. That's when I decided not to watch us anymore and why I haven't posted here lately. I wasn't even bothered when we won against Liverpool. I knew the run wouldn't last as usual with our style of football. That is if you can call it football. 4 goals in 8 games. LOL. Lambert is under no pressure at all now. He could lose the next 5 and he would still be here no matter how mad the fans get.

Wow... This could be the season we go down.

We're losing to QPR. We can't score against ****ing QPR!

No more excuses, I've had enough of this bullshit...Lambert needs to go NOW.

He ain't going anywhere. Lerner loves his failures.

Its depressing, i can't believe Lambert got a new contract.

We have had so much possession and done nothing with it, Q.P.R have out counter attacked us

Any club in the world would have sacked Lambert by now. Expect us. Instead we reward him with a new contract. Crazy.

Yeah I know we're stuck with him for now...which idiot thought giving him a new contract after a half-decent start was wise?

Am dreading the next four games.

*Tottenham...our record against them is appalling. We always play badly against them.
*West Ham and Southampton...in form and playing brilliantly.
*Burnley...even they must fancy their chances against us.

We're screwed.

we will be sitting on those 10 points that got him a new contract, for another month by the looks of it

5 defeats and zero goals in a row. Has that record ever happened before? This is his third year and he's getting worse. Laughable.

Oh, I hope we don't pay millions for Cleverly. He's like the same as Westwood. Tidy with the ball but no real ideas. What's the point?

Nope, pretty sure that's a record he's set. That alone should be a sackable offence.

Looks like Keane is giving them all a good kicking, the changing room door is still shut and no one has come out yet

Dont worry folks we have another 4 years of this shit from a useless turd of a manager. He wont be sacked

Why in gods name did Lerner give him a new contract, hes been a disaster from day 1. We play utterly dismal football, theres no spark in the Midfield. We are crap up front and the stats show it. 4 goals in 9 games and NONE in the last 5 is a total disgrace.

Spurs next and we aint got a prayer, our confidence is completlly shot all over the pitch.

Some damning stats:

Goals scored 4 - Rank in the PL 20th
Shots 56 - Rank 20th
On target 18 - Rank 20th
Chance conversion 7.1% - Rank 19th
Possession 38% - Rank 19th.

We are the lowest scoring team in England and have not scored in 7 of 10 games. I think that we will be in a relegation fight with the 3 promoted teams, Sunderland plus probably 1 or 2 others. We are lucky that there is a lot of other dross in the league as that gives us a chance of staying up again, which is seemingly all that our owner is interested in.

Stan Collymore has tweeted: "Aston Villa have 'tentatively' sounded out Tony Pulis."

Not sure what to make of this. Collymore never usually makes any form of statement like this unless there's truth in it...but at the same time I can't believe the board would consider approaching any manager while Lambert's still in a job.

If we don't get Lambert out soon, we will be relegated

I thought we played well against Spurs and we had the game under control till the Benteke sending off which totally changed the game!

At least we scored which will stop the media going on about how long we hadn't scored for!

Has any manager ever survived six consecutive defeats in the Prem? Can't be many if any I'd have thought.

Benteke's behaviour was totally idiotic, although Mason should have gone too. Can't see anything from the next 2 and we have also lost our potential match winner at Burnley. It is really frustrating after an improved performance. Typical that woeful, lazy defending from Gabby and then a lucky deflection leaves us with nothing. Benteke owes us big time when he comes back against Leicester and the following games.

The choice lose most of our remaining games under Lambert or draw most of them and go to Zzzzzzzleep under Pullis

Surely there is a meaningful alternative ? isn't there ?

Well done to Gabby though on winning the goal of the month competition for September!
