From reading this thread though you have had problems with all of your recent managers from since Martin O Neil, people on here not liking Gerard Houllier & Gary Mac, McLeish, Lambert, Sherwood & now Garde. Seems the fans have had issues with all the managers appointed by your owner yet things have got worse after each sacking.
But apart from Lambert who did seem a promising young manager at the time, the rest of those had plenty of question marks surrounding them beforehand and were questionable appointments.

Houllier I think was going in the right direction before his heath gave out but all those who followed have been worse than their predecessor something which seemed impossible for them to be when hired.

Nigel Pearson has been known to pull off second half of the season miracles.

At least it looks like Villa players may be available for Strictly Come Dancing 2016 if so I promise to vote for them or maybe if not Strictly other Reality TV shows.

I was actually laughing at the motd coverage last night. The "defending" on all 3 goals was laughably bad and I agree with the BBC correspondent on their website that the 3rd goal was the worst defending he had ever seen in the Premier League. I don't blame the fans who stayed to see the team board the coach with "you're not fit to wear the shirt!" and other choice words! Micah Richards is not exactly helping with his stupid twitter comments. I have not seen a more spineless bunch than this lot, Ayew apart the last few weeks.

I predicted 18th before the Bournemouth game but I was way too optimistic! Randy "nice but dim" Lerner is to blame with his appointment of out of their depth buffoons such as Fox, Almstadt and Reilly and some bizarre managerial appointments. Garde would have been a decent appointment if we were comfortable in mid table but is out of his depth in a relegation battle with our current squad, and will be next season in the Championship. Yet again we have the opposition fans saying what a great, loud bunch our away fans are. Our fans deserve much better but, sadly, the rest of the club deserve our inevitable relegation. Strangely I am looking forward to our final 10 home games as I think Mr Lerner and his mates will be getting some home truths. I will definitely be back next season, health permitting, and at least it will be a competitive league.

Aston as an area is grim I have got off trains at both Aston and Witton stations and they are both no use at a night time if on your own the only good thing about Aston station is that you can catch trains to Walsall, Birmingham New Street, Wolverhampton, Lichfield and Redditch all from the same station without having to both changing at New Street.

I have always travelled there by bus but going by train would be easier in winter.

The revamped New Street station does make it a more appealing place to travel through though

All the players need to do is channel their inner US marine and the FA Cup and a top 6 league finish are within our grasp!

Sorry to be a barrier of more bad news to Villa fans, however if Villa go down then West Midlands football is on the decline unless Blues go up as that would out mean that only West Bromwich Albion and Stoke City are left in the Premier League from either the West Midlands county, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire or Warwickshire and even that if providing Albion do not have a bad run. As all other possible candidates would be Walsall, Wolves, Shrewsbury, Coventry, Solihull Moors, Nuneaton, Stafford, Telford AFC, Coventry, Tamworth, Burton Albion, Tipton, Bilston, Sutton Coldfield, Redditch, amongst others please feel free to add any I may have missed. Most of these

I expected the win but the players and Remi Garde - Mr. 0% proved me wrong..

10 games without a win for a new manager must be a record.

The players are a disgrace though Tan, the passing today was appalling, a lot of them were either misplaced or intercepted.

The constant boo's dont help either, i can understand them, but it adds to the toxic atmosphere at the club imo.

I do agree though , i'm not sure if Garde is the man to turn this mess around
