Lescott has to be the most deluded person in the pl, his latest comments are disgraceful.

I agree, what is even more baffling is that he has always claimed to be a villa fan, he has been the biggest piss take ever to wear the shirt

I also think Eric Black must be taking the piss as well, talking about the players showing desire against Utd, when he started talking crap I nearly put my foot through the tv

Black has been doing the media rounds this week saying that he could not have asked any more from the villa players. Really?

He is one of the problems at the club.

Well RIP us.

Cleveland Browns fans were right all along. Randy Lerner is absolute poison. King doesn't even have a good word to say about him.

It took one month for a lifelong Villa fan and a hugely experienced figurehead in football to both resign under the Lerner regime.

What a **** he's turned out to be.

Ok this is getting stupid as when you think things at Villa can't get any worse they seem to do it!

I didn't believe that we could possibly get relegated from the championship next season but the way things are going that wouldn't surprise me as it seems that Lerner has given up interest and won't put anymore into the club

I think we will be lucky if we get a new manager by the start of next season as who would want to come to Villa in this mess!

Aston Villa: David Bernstein and Lord King left after Randy Lerner row
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36094976

Lerner seems to have really lost the plot. The atmosphere at VP on Saturday should be interesting!

He is toxic, i really didnt think he was this bad, but all the problems at the club really are all coming from him

We were warned years ago about the way he ran Cleveland Browns, the sooner he is gone the better

I think Aston Villa needs a dose of Mick McCarthy or Nigel Pearson medicine.
Nasty but necessary.
Pearson should be the man

Well Lerner relegation statement is the same old stuff but I don't want to see this bit of news as I just want to see that Aston Villa are sold and away from Lerner's toxic hands!

What did us Villa fans do to deserve this sort of torture?

I knew it was going wrong as soon as when O'Neil walked out, what i didnt expect was it would end up this bad, Lerner has pretty much ruined the club , and he is supposed to be a fan, its a bit like Lescott and Flabby, supposed to be fans of the club but treated it like shit.

If the club is sold, a good manager brought in and all of the scummy players are got rid of, and players brought in who want to play for us, then we stand a chance of coming back up, if it carries on like it is with Lerner as owner then we are screwed for many years to come

Traore has got a 50% pay rise next season WTF ??? the guy has barely kicked a ball, who the hell sorted that out

I sometimes wish we were like Italian clubs where the fans turn up at the training ground wanting answers from the players , i wouldnt blame any fan from kicking right off today , there is a core of first team players who deserve as much stick as the fans can give them imo

It seems a while since we have had a incident at Aston Villa so I'm expecting to hear one soon!

I just wonder what's more likely Villa getting a new manager or another incident at Villa involving staff leaving or players getting into trouble?

Bit of good news for the supporters. Sounds like Petrov is waiting to return to playing again and says he always intended to return to the club. Bet there will be a rush of sales if he does get the first team return he wants.

It's good to see Petrov back playing but I hope he takes his time coming back.Although he could be an asset in the championship next season!

Lots of reports about Pearson having a second round of talks with Hollis about the Villa job but I think we will have to wait until the season is over before we find out more!

Lambert is a hot favourite for the Celtic job, although what he's done recently to deserve a job like that is beyond me.

2-1 up with minutes to go and that Bluenose prick Deeney scores twice to condemn us to another defeat.

Sack every single one of them.

Classic Villa , just when you think the tension for next weeks last home game might be eased a bit with a win, the players go and eff it up again.

You definitely should be allowed to sack players without having to pay up their contract, they are way too protected imo, we have got far too many players that just do not give a shit about the fans or the club, if we could have sacked Flabby a couple of seasons ago it might have stopped the unprofessional behaviour in the squad that has been allowed to fester for the last couple of seasons.
