Mixed reviews of it on Trip Advisor - it often says you are paying for the environment and not the food. I did book it myself last year when we were in NY but cancelled in favour of Tribecca Grill (Robert de Niros restaurant). Which I can say was a great place - buzzing atmosphere and fab food.

If you really want a revolving restaurant with a good view, try the Stratosphere in Las Vegas. You can have lunch up there for about £20 a head.

www.menupages.com gives you access to just about every menu in NY along with online reservations for a lot of them.
Can also highly recommend ViceVersa http://www.viceversarestaurant.com/index2.htm near the Gershwin Theatre and Ellens Stardust diner for a kitsch breckie http://www.ellensstardustdiner.com/
