Don't know if this has already been posted. Liz Jones assesses the most important aspect of the show - the clothes the females wear!

No, she assesses the men too, but quickly concludes that they are actually generally stylish.

She didn't mention Lindi, but i think Lindi has quite a good fashoin sense. Also, Irish Jennifer has a good one!

I have to agree about their dress sense. Not good. The men are definitely better dressers.

I think it is harder in the business world for females to dress okay. Our creative style is dampened. Men throw on a suit, shirt and a tie and bobs your uncle. Women have a lot more choice but if they go for bright colours they are looked down on and if they try anything flamboyant they are not taken seriously so it is far more difficult for them to get the right balance

The women are half 80s power dresser/half holiday rep types.

I suppose it's easier for the men as all they have to decide is what colour suit to wear, but the women are too try-hard.

I agree, I hate having to dress in sombre clothes for work and am fighting against ill fitting cheap suits from next.

Hopefully the next job I get will be for a non corprate company.

Forgot to say how much of a complete dunderhead mook Liz Jones is.

Yeah and her pearls and black power suit thing dont do anything for me either..
Like Lucinda's style though.. Nice to see a bit of colour for a change.. Hey maybe she can cause a beret revival too.....

I don't think the women are doing to well on the dress front in The Apprentice. With all the money they supposedly make you'd think it wouldn't be too hard to get some nicely tailored suits and fitted blouses etc but some of the stuff they wear is just plain odd. Take for example Jennifer, she just comes across as trying to hard, today she was wearing beige suspenders with a white vest top and trousers, it just wasn't appropriate me thinks, then in the boardroom she has on her bright red lipstick and vampy tights. Claire looks like she's going to a funeral half the time and Lucinda seems to have no colour coordination (although sometimes she does look quite nice just a bit ott). Red head Jenny looks severe, Helene wears ill fitting knitted tank top things a lot and Lindi is also a victim of trying to hard - looking more like an extra in an office set porn film some weeks I appreciate it's hard sometimes to dress stylishly for work but these girls really don't have a clue

Lucinda was looking good today (no tam o'shanters in sight thank goodness) and I thought last week, in the first part of the task Sara looked absolutely stunning in her trousersuit with waistcoat.

Liz Jones is a bitter old has-been.

It may change next week when they showed the boys laying in bed talking with Michael and Lee with no shirt on and Raef with full winciettes and smoking jacket! Class!!
