Ive never had one. Noone around here sells them. I remember once seeing them in London, but the price was HUGE. I couldnt justify it.

I would like to have a go though.

I wouldn't even dare touch those - the ring with icing makes me want to run straight to my dentist (and I hate the dentist )

I have heard of them but never tried one. They are not sold round here. My favourite doughnuts are jam or custard doughnuts, plain and simple but yummy.

I'm inclinded to agree with you, would rather have the fried ones you get at fairs or on brighton pier.

Krispy Kremes are very fine (can't get them up here though) but still not as good as freshly made sugar coated donuts/rings from stalls or fairs, they really are best when still hot.

My local big Tesco has a Krispy Kreme outlet which wafts out foul syruppy oily smells as you walk in from the car park.

Bleurgh!

I looooooooove Krispy Kreme donuts but alas there aren't any outlets in the deepest darkest westcountry. Every time we visit London I have to have one.... or five!!

My faves:

Glazed Cinnamon
Glazed Lemon
Caramel Creme Crunch
New York Cheesecake

I thought there was a lemon meringue but I don't see it on there

I love doughnuts, but I just won't pay the price the stores are asking for these Krispy Kremes.
