Following on from my recent snack attack disasters, I am going out for Thai food tomorrow night. What is a low-calorie Thai food option?

You'll probably need to go low-cal if you indulged in your Krispy Kremes , if you managed NOT to indulge then I commend you

A with any fast food I think you need to make sure you stick to things not cooked in creamy sauces - also go for steamed rice as opposed to noodles....

If you know where you are going - why not have a look at the menu beforehand and decide, that way you wont be as tempte when you get there!

Enjoy - I love Thai

LOL - I could never manage 2 Krispy Kremes!! Feel sick after one (but I do love 'em)

Well I'm on a serious health kick this week, booked a holiday so have 7 weeks to get my 'bikini body' ready

I've got rubbish willpower so find the only way I can eat really healthy is to not have any crap in the house!!!

Apart from some basics I only have apples and yoghurt in my fridge so if I fancy a snack that's all there is to eat

Not the best way to go about things (esp if you have kiddies) but I find out of sight out of mind works for me

that's what i want to do, but my OH works from home and likes to have crisps and biscuits at home as he works from home... and he is annoyingly thin, can eat what he wants and doesn't put weight on!

i am seriously considering buying a lockable junk food box so he can keep his munchies in there!

My BF is also thin and eats like a horse!!! Our compromise is that he buys 'bad' thing I don't like. For example I love S&V crisps but hate the pringles version so he'll buy those and I'm never tempted to eat them!!

Anyway - sorry to have hijacked your thread.

Enjoy your Thai

Indeed - took me quite a while to find something of the 'crisp' variety that I didn't like
