Generally grass fed beef, but all types of flesh will be considered depending on its source.

Chicken, by far. Free range organic are the best ones. Don't have them as much as I'd like because of the insane prices.

Organic lamb.. when I see the little spring ones running around in a field I have this overwhelming desire to eat them! (especially with home-made mint sauce).

Ostrich is wonderful, but never had it here. It is quite healthy and delicious. Of more normal meat it has to be beef.

Monk fish is lovely. I do really like smoked salmon but I'd say my favourite is smoked haddock. Any type of fish that is smoked, really.

Ours is also chicken, and when I see them ambling in a field and they look so cute, and think it's a shame to eat them, I also like lamb
