What is the taste test for? Its a bit late after they have decided what to make and bought the ingredients? I thought they were trying to sell to someone in London later? Wouldn't you test to see what you could sell first?

I doubt anything is going to save Lucinda this week....unless she outsells Claire's team. And even if Claire's team fail, I bet SA saves her
