'When's Raef gonna step up'? Well words are his tools-See him present next week-then we'll know the answer.

raef's a great bloke - has been very well brought up but he never gets his hands dirty - he's always hovering in the background not doing very much.

he'd be a great pr man tho.

Just shows that you shouldn't go on first impressions......

In the first show, when he came out with the classic "Prince or Paupers" comment, I could have quite happily slapped him. Just another "chinless wonder"...

But over the last few weeks he has really grown on me.

I would really like to see him do well, but unfortunately that will mean Lee (seems a decent straight up bloke) won't last much longer. It's a shame, but I don't think Sir Alan is looking for a decent, straight up bloke type of Geezer.

For me, Raef looks good and talks well but his performances maybe not so good -

1. When he was PM he negotiated a deal with the Hotel that didnt look that good to me. But did look very good to the Hotel.

2.This week he was part of the sales team that managed only 3/6 good appointments for the ice-cream sales.

If words are his tools, they appear to be somewhat blunt and/or rusty on the evidence of his achievements.

I would like to see Raef and Lee in the final 4 ... hopefully they will as they both seem okay team wise and graft when needed
