... Has got to be Lucinda
Perhaps a bit dippy & eccentric yes but in a charming way plus she's a good manager who has had to contend with being horribly bullied, bad-mouthed & ostracised by the other hugely unpleasant women there.
No wonder it was hard for her to fully assert her authority as PM
I hope she goes further than the other girls
Am also liking Lee & Raefe who both supported her
Liked the comment from the chap on YBF who said there is 'something of the night' about Jennifer ~ too right she resembles the wicked witch of the West

I think Sara is great! I am also warming to Claire, but she, like the two Jennys and Helene, has a dark side.

Lindi is nice! Or was Nice

Thus far, Sara has been okay, she hasn't indulged in bitching. That may change but like her and Lucinda.

I think you are the first person I have seen say they like Claire! I lump her in with Helene and the two Jennys - awful but good tele

have liked Sara from the start.

Amen to that.

I agree with the OP.
Also like Sara too, she doesn't participate in the back-stabbing and bitching which goes on a lot.

P.S. Is there a Lucinda appreciation thread? If not........

I agree! She's the only girl i find at all likeable. My hopes for Jenny M were thoroughly dashed this week.

And I did like Lee this week too. I guess I had him stereotyped as a complete ****** because "Lee McQueen is concerned"!
How awful to be on that show: terrible how one idiotic sentence spoken under pressure gets taken to define your character.

Did Raef really stick up for her? When? I didn't catch that. And I was actually disappointed that I hadn't seen him do so, because I am energetically cultivating a crush on the guy and if he'd stood up for Lucinda that would have been terrific fuel for the fire.

It was very brief, a clip on the Your'e Fired show when Raef
agreed she had been a good PM
Lee was most vocal in his support tho'

Lee gone up in my estimation

I can see Sara going far. She is very focused and isn't interested in all the bitching and back stabbing. I also like Lucinda. I didn't see the show tonight but have heard lots about it including the fact that Lucinda was a very good PM, which is hillarious considering Helene was bragging last week that Lucinda would make a useless PM

Lucinda is the only female I'd work with..like her manner and style as a manager.

I like Lucinda and Sara, but I still like Jenny M. I don't quite know how everyone's opinions of her changed this week - she didn't seem to do anything to bitchy/horrible. Certainly not enough to put her with Claire, Helene and The Chin, in any case.

I cant warm to Sara - I think it might be because whenever she speaks, she seems to swear constantly, or is it just me noticing that?

I think Lindi was nice but much more Bigbro than Apprentice!

I like Lucinda - class TV . I don't think she led the team in the second part of the task but still like her.

None of the girls are really likeable, compared to Ruth or Katrina from the twos eries I have watched

Lucinda is definitely a good all-rounder, and very likeable. People like her are valuable in any organisation.

Unfortunately the nice people are easy targets, particularly for the 'full of themselves' characters.

But hey, Simon won it last year.....

Agreed, Jenny M is fine.

People are confusing her competence with icy and disdainful detachment, not so, she doesn't need to be shouting and screaming because she is capable and in control. This isn't big brother! Being cool calm collected and measured are desirable character traits and are usually accompanied by competence.

Seems all the girls left in EXCEPT Lucinda are bitches. Poor Lucinda.

Apparently, Lucinda is hard to get on with when not concerning business. One of these very quirky characters that can sometimes be very difficult to associate with, especially if you're in a job interview.

I'm like this myself, though, and we need more strange people before the world dies of boredom. But from my own personal experience, you've gotta accept that some "straight headed" people won't take any of your bull****!

I also like Lucinda, and Sara. It disappoints me a lot when some of the girls get all bitchy and start back-stabbing, especially in the boardroom. It's so juvenile, and panders to the stereotypes that some people have of women in business, unfortunately. (Even Lucinda, although I like her in general, is not immune to this - there was that bit last night when she said that Helene had called Jenny a snake, when I just cringed. It was reminiscent of the school playground - "he said; she said etc".) But basically, I think she seems nice, and Sara does too. Last week, Sara seemed very supportive of Simon when he was becomingl emotional during the photography task, which I liked.

By the way, does anyone else like Lucinda's clothing style? I thought the red patterned dress she wore tonight made a real change from the black/navy suits that the other women were wearing. She shows that you can be in business but still be feminine, and individual.

Further to my post above, I've just read the Lucinda appreciation thread, and I see I'm NOT the only one to appreciate her sense of style!!!

I love it I think what she wears suits her and she looks better than the rest of the girls in there (not too difficult though )

Lindi's nice in a bubbly way - yes she bigged herself up too much but she's harmless enough.

Sara is sweet too - and that girl who was fired in episode 2 was fine.

Lucinda actually seems nice enough, and the only one not to resort to bitching and backstabbing, which can get predictable and tiresome.

I think she allowed herself to be drawn into an argument about whether Helene and Jennifer would be able to get along in the sub-group though.
