Cracked Screen on N95
I've had an accident with my N95 8gb and the screen is now cracked.
For some reason my insurance didn't get updated with the new handset, so I can't get a replacement handset. Does anyone know if there is somewhere I can get the screen replaced? Or, can I buy a screen online and install it myself? I don't want to pay out a fortune for a new one and the alternatives Vodafone are offering me are terrible. I miss my phone!! Thanks |

Hi BBTIME
Not too sure who your insurance is with but if you provide the insurer with a proof of purchase they may be able to amend their records and process a claim. I'd recommend you make contact your insurer to see if this is possible as ultimately it'll be down to their policy. Failing this you could take your phone into one our stores where a repair can be arranged. Chargable repairs usually cost around £40.00 (inc. VAT). Hope this helps. Cooldaddy08 Vodafone UK |
