I'm starting to get annoyed by Lucinda too. Is she for real!?

Simply being nice isn't enough. SAS has fired people in the past for the sole reason of "being too nice" (Sharon , series 2) and Lucinda really doesn't have much else. The way she said "you said she was a snake and manipulative" in the boardroom was like something from a secondary school playground and her whole naivety is just grating me up the wrong way and I totally agree with Jennifer that she wasn't a good team leader as I feel she had no sense of authority and let her decisions get overruled by her team members. She had no control. If you're team leader and you want to mix the teams if you feel it's right then do it , she simply said it and when the others refused she let them have their way. What kind of leader is that?

I really like her as a person but she acts like a 13 year old at times (especially that bizarre performance in the boardroom last night) and I hope she gets fired soon , she isn't tough enough.

I go for Jenny C in the end, too Hopkins-ish, but without the savvy business sense.

How does one differentiate between Helene, Jennifer M, Jennifer C and Claire; witches and bitches, each and every one of them.

Jennifer M let me down badly last night and she's now firmly in the chaff pile along with Alex, Helene and Claire. Oddly enough I haven't minded Jenny C in the past two episodes but, that could change if she's made PM again!

Jenny C is just awful. When she starts jumping around all excited because they did something good it is hideous to watch

Still Michael for me - find he is so smug and arrogant and rarely gets involved with any of the phsical work in the tasks.

Actually I've changed my mind about Lucinda. I do think she is quite good and made only one mistake and that was not asserting her authority. The other team won purely on the last order and not as a result of having a strong PM. I like Lucinda now
