I have just moved into a new house with had the previous owners TINY Plasma mounted onto the wall, all the wires have been run behind the wall so i need a new tv that will go onto its place.

Can anyone tell me how i get the tv off the mount?

Also, are new LCD's etc using the 3pin power cord adapters?
