1. Raef: IMO has done by far the best job. He handled a divided team and led them to victory. Delegated organised and was decisive without being dictatorial.
2. Lucinda: I like her style but I think she lost, not because she was unlucky, but because of her inability to be decisive and control her team.
3. Sara: was the only one who was able to handle Clare and they won.

4. Claire: The bottom line counts: she won twice as PM.
5. Helene: She was organised but her inability to delegate better and stay calm let her down a bit.
6. Simon: He had by far the most difficult team. He is a grafter and he gave it his all but still not great as PM.
7. Alex: Delegated and played the blame game to perfection. He is a game player not a leader.
8. Ian: Too many mistakes during the task.
9. Jenny: NO COMMENT!!!

I also can't understand why Lindi said Sara is completely out of her depth when IMO, Sara did more n that bollywood task alone then Lindi did in five weeks

1. Lucinda - her only mistake was not being more forceful with the team swapping. Then again had it caused upset in the team, they may not have made so many sales. But difficult to know just how at odds Helene and Jen might have been. Wait and see I guess. Veyr impressed that few had confidence in her, but still team stuck together and worked smoothly. Could have gone like Simon with no team support but managed so well to overcome personality issues.

2. Raef - only man to have pulled the team together and ensure a smooth operation. Obviously knew how to deploy his team properly.

3. Sara - I'm a bit wary of putting her so high up as she did make many mistakes but her control of Claire was commendable and the whole ticket idea was great. Not a bad manager but I wonder if others in coming weeks will be better or whether it was simply that Claire was a thorn.

4. Claire - she has now won twice which must count for something. She did lead the largest group of girls to victory, and was far better this week, but I wonder if she'll remain that way. I have a feeling her old ways will return once she's no longer PM and has to take orders.

5. Alex - Don't think he did a good job really but managing that varied group when he had no idea of skillsets etc. was brave and he wasn't dreadful considering. Would like to see him do it again with smaller team and now he knows who is good at what. Very negative however.

6. Helene - Again not very impressed. In one sense I want to rate her lower because of her obvious game playing as PM and not taking on the role to lead a team to victory. But have to recognise that she did win and probably displayed greater skills than the following three, event though I'd hate to work for her.

7. Simon - I think probably a very good manager actually but only when people are on his side. However he could have exerted more authority from the offset to keep Claire in place (much like Sara was able to do). And he should have been more assertive in controlling the other section of his team.

8. Jenny - she escapes last place for me solely owing to Ian's unparalleled incompetence. Terrible terrible woman and shows exactly how people are not to be managed. Unforgivable mistakes made too.

9. Ian - well, what is there to say? Did not make one good decision, that is if he made any. Every step was the wrong turn. Possibly one of the greatest car crash PMships of any series.

Interesting post. I missed Week 3 (restaurants) when I was in Amsterdam so will just rank the other seven (counting Claire as one on behalf of both of her efforts).

This is startling actually as only Raef, Lucinda and Alex are the ones I thought were any good.

Claire had some good qualities, but some awful ones too, most noticeably the shouting. Simon was a great bloke, but a pretty rubbish team leader (not helped by an almost total lack of support from his team). For me Helene loses out as I think she took a huge, stupid risk by putting Lucinda in charge of the computer for the photography task and it seemed that she really wanted someone obvious to sack in the boardroom and didn't care about winning the task or even producing the customers' pictures.

Don't get me started on Jenny and her "young lady" speech!!!

Would like to see Kevin and Michael leading the teams soon as so far I am undecided about them. It was a shame that Lindi was fired before she could be team leader as I think she would've been fun to watch and we might well have seen other sides to her character too.

1. Claire. Controversial maybe, but she really was a good leader. Just a disloyal backstabbing disruptive team member.
2. Alex. Yes, I know. He left too much to others, but he really wasn't that bad.
3. Lucinda. Far too weak over the question of splitting up the team, but otherwise OK.
4. Sara. Some bad mistakes, but a real battler.
5. Raef. Frankly I think he was a bit of a lazy tosser, and the success of his team was mainly down to Simon.
6. Simon. He had some very difficult characters on his team, but nonetheless he did crumble badly under the pressure.
7. Ian. Dreadful PM. Did almost nothing right. He only gets this high because the ones below him were so spectacularly, mind-bogglingly bad.
8. Helene. A PM who deliberately sabotaged her own project by giving a crucial role to someone she knows can't fill it just to make them look bad. You can't get worse than that. Or you couldn't if it wasn't for;
9. Jenny. Where do you start? Her inability to organise anything whatever? Her demoralisation of team members by her bullying? Hopefully she's rendered herself completely unemployable.

Agree with the top 4, as for the rest of them I couldn't put an order to them as they have been equally s**t

Your only supposed to rate the candidates that have been team leaders so far....

1. Lucinda - she was a great team leader despite the fact that at least two of her team were determined to undermine her.

2. Raef - handled his team diplomatically, and I think the boys success in the laundry task was the most deserved so far this series. It was the best that any team has performed.

3. Alex - I realise I may be in a minority here. However, I really did not think that he did a bad job at all. It was the first task, nobody really knew much about anybody or what skills each person had. I should imagine Alex is a very driven and capable employee when he enjoys what he is doing. His negativity is a downside; he is certainly very perceptive, and quick to blame others, but based on the task alone, I thought he did okay.


To be honest, I think most of the others were pretty rubbish (and if I was SAS, I would be seriously concerned)! but here goes.

4. Claire - she has won two out of two tasks as team leader (although last week was more by luck than by good leadership skills). Nonetheless, although she was pretty awful during the weeks when she wasn't team leader, she wasn't too bad on the first task, and on the last episode, she had calmed down a lot.

5. Helene - yes, she's a nasty piece of work, but she has performed better than some.

6. Sara - nice girl - not particularly effective as PM, and only won her task by default.

7. Simon - Probably the nicest candidate of the lot - but not a very effective leader (I'm sure he himself would agree - he said that he makes a good 2nd in command). He wasn't helped by the fact that he had a very unenthusiastic team working for him.

8. Jenny - if Ian hadn't been so absolutely dreadful, I would have definitely placed her last. She was awful, but STILL wasn't as bad as Ian.

9. Ian - complete disaster. He ought to start learning how to spell 'loser' - it sums him up perfectly.
