Have you received the promised letter explaining the changes to options? I haven't and I know of several others who have had the changes applied to their accounts and bills but had no letter of explanation.

I just assumed that, as I had online billing, the information would be available to me online.

And it was.

When announced they indicated that they would be informing ALL customers by mail - no differential was made in the announcement that online customers had to dig into the BT website to find hidden information.

I'm registered for BT online billing and I did get a letter explaining the new options.
