That points to my personal SkyDrive account but the file is no longer there.

You can find it here now.

Ah, well the link worked yesterday, but you are right, it doesn't work anymore.

I was going to edit my post with the new link, but I can't for the life of me work out how! Is it possible to edit posts on this forum?!

Edit: Seems like you can only edit posts for 60 minutes, I think thats a bit stupid, because most people only look at the first few posts, and it would be nice to update them.

Quote:
“If you have registered, you will be able to edit your posts. Your ability to edit your posts is limited to sixty minutes after you post them.

To edit your posts, click the edit button by the post you want to edit. If your post was the first in the thread, then deleting the post may result in the removal of the entire thread.

After you have made your modifications, a note will appear, which notifies other users that you have edited your post. Administrators and moderators may also edit your messages as per our terms and conditions.”

Some forums it's only 10 minutes

It makes sense to limit the time, otherwise posters can go in and pretend they said something they didn't at the time... if you see what I mean

Care to email me it, and I'll put it up on my website.?

That link asks you to enter 4 characters that have a cat below them, and only presents none or one.

PTD found this service manual online for a T816 based Vestel PVR

There is a User operation manual for another T816 based PVR here

there will be 4 but you have to look very carefully, they are sometimes a bit distorted and hard to spot.

Hi Marc. The Sharp manual in your second link is for the single record T810 Sharp TUR160H (TUR160H756.pdf), the clue being that the DDRRAM is only 32MB compared to the 64MB for the T816 and T825s. The manuals for all the Sharp PVRs can be downloaded from their website here. There are two versions for the T816 TUR160HA. One for units produced up to Oct 2007 (TUR160HA629.pdf) which is the non-Series Record version (software version 3.7 I think) and another one for units produced after Oct 2007 (TUR160HA763.pdf) which has software version 6.7 with Series Record.
