I have a Panny DMR EX-75 DVDR and I want to copy some movies from my hard drive to a dvd but all I get is the message -

Cannot copy - The TV disc of the disc is incompatible, please insert another disc.

I am puzzled as I am still uisng the same DVD+RWs discs as before and can anyone help me in anyway.

Disc support is generally much better in Panasonic for - type discs rather than + types, so for archiving purposes you are better using DVD-R types.

There are many restrictions according to the type of recording, the disc type, and the type of copying you are trying to do. [ High speed or real time ]

Some of the restrictions can be found on page 32 of your manual.

You will probably be allowed to real time copy if you cannot high speed copy.
