Only kidding - enjoy your no doubt well-earned weekend treats. xx

I'll have you know I've eaten half a tub of Tesco Chocolate Chaos dessert tonight.

700 calories = a couple of pounds heavier than yesterday.

Why not be different and have a kit kat sandwich followed by some bacon?

I had two bacon sandwiches for brekkie - on wholemeal bread.

I've got a dark kit kat but I'm saving it for emergencies.

Bacon on brown bread just seems wrong to me. I've had it in the past and it don't taste like it oughta.

It works, but you do need a dollop of Daddies sauce to help things along a bit.

I bought a greek style honey yoghurt today, it's one of those big one's as well.

I don't know why I did it. I haven't got anything like that in ages. I might as well just pour a load of trans-fats into my mouth.

Not enough calories in that.

You need a tub of chocolate cake or couple of chocolate bars.
