I don't think Jen is a bitch at all. I've don't think I've ever heard her say anything nasty about anyone.
I kind of wish she'd fight back a bit more, really. Because I find the way she just sits back and takes everything a bit uncomfortable to watch. Almost like she thinks it's okay for her to be treated this way. |

In some ways you're right, and in others you're wrong. Having lived in the US, I can say without doubt that the UK version is better (I'm in London for now, having seen BB5+ living in the UK). The tasks on BBUS are pretty good, and BBUK used to have really good tasks, and sometimes there are still some good ones (BB6 box task, BB5 wedding, BB5 military, BB6 Room 101, BB7 Prison), but BBUS delivers them usually quite consistantly.
There is a Big Brother voice in the US, but it's really lenient and doesn't have a stern sound like BBUK. Public voting is much better, since it's the original format and how BB is supposed to be. The backstabbing gets annoying after a while in BBUS since open discussion of nominations/evictions is allowed (but it's a different format, so it's not comparable). The alliances are really annoying. It's basically Survivor in a house. They don't even have to do the shopping list! Almost stopped watching BBUK now and am hooked on BBUS. |

I didn't say she was "bitching", I said she is a bitch. A vile bitch in fact, horrible. Crying at her picture, taking down her mother's picture. Jen this, Jen that, look at me, look at me. I really hate her.
And Jen doesn't deserve to be bullied for any of those reasons, at all. She may be self-centered but that doesn't do any harm to anyone. Bullying does, and that's what the REAL vile bitch DICK does, and only to women because he's a coward who sees them as weak, easy targets. |

Jen is self-centered, but the person who's bullying you approve of (Dick's) is even more self-centered IMO and quite ego-centric and full of himself, and thinks that everything he thinks must be true and is a control freak. He is far worse than Jen, even when you take away the bullying.

Seriously, whatever conclusion you do come to, should be taken with a pinch of salt. |

Even if Jen was infact a vile bitch, she wouldn't deserve the kind of treatment she's been getting. Noone does. It's especially worse for a young girl to be getting verbal and physical abuse from someone old enough to be her Dad.
Back on topic, I've always preferred BBUS to BBUK. I like the fact their are only three weekly shows, since each of them are action-packed, plus it allows you to follow the show while still being able to have a life.
