Probably, but she just has to keep improving to stay out the sing off, hse can do it.

She would need to keep out of the bottom 2 every week.

Seems that way, I don't know why he is getting so huffy and angry at her over this. She tried her best this week and attempted to follow feedback and still got criticised. If he and the panel weren't so hard on her then maybe people wouldn't feel so outraged and then vote like crazy.

I don't think she's got much to lose as he's not likely to be announcing on live tv that he's going to mentor her career.

Her best strategy is probably to go down fighting and good luck to her. I don't rate her voice as terribly subtle either, but I might vote for her next week!

I do hope the scottish people vote for her just to see ALW have kittens. Him storming off at the end was hilarious. I do feel sorry for her as she's done bugger all to deserve it.

Well, I do agree with the substance of ALW's criticism, but I believe that if you are going to impart the substance of "I don't rate your voice" in those circumstances, then you have a duty of care to do it in a way that softens the blow.

ALW didn't, and so much as I am on his side in most of his views, go Ashley!

I think the repeated "Yes, Yes, Yes" were a touch too defiant.

There was nothing gutsy about her "Yessssssss". I don't think it will have won her any new fans because it came across as completely charmless.

she knows she is going and it was relief - ALW should know better than to stomp off in a huff - not professional

Actually i think it was remarkably gutsy, it was as someone has already stated a euphamism for up yours ALW, couldn't have said it better myself!

I quite like that he has passion and conviction.

There's nothing gutsy about saying 'up yours' to the person who's deciding your fate. She's going to have to hope she's never in a sing-off again. And after that ugly reaction, I'd bet my ass it'll happen sooner rather than later.

It may have made good TV but, ALW is GOD in the theatre world so I doubt very much if she'll get a part in any of his productions in the near future. Silly move on her part to have been so "public" in her defiance.

In fairness, however she'd reacted, ALW doesn't like her. Does matter if she gives him the finger or shyly walks off after finding out she's through, he still won't like her. Might aswell show what she thinks...

Au contraire. If someone had my fate in their hands and was emphatically ripping my dreams to pieces in front of millions of people, I would feel exactly and precisely inclined to tell them to go **** themselves and would feel thoroughly vindicated and proud to retain a sense of my own spirit rather than to meekly shuffle away whispering "Fank you so much fer tearing ma dream apart".

But its prob not going tgo win her fans from the public in general, that bad attitude. I see your point, but i don't think it was a clever move at all.

Absolutely, if he'd done to me what he did to her the other week, I'd think he deserved more than a punch in the air!
You go girl, he's got it in for you anyway. Give him some celtic spirit. Now what was that celtic war cry in brave heart?
