This is a headline from the Scotsman newspaper. its a follow up story to the Dispatches program that was on last night about the cost of mobile phones.

Excellent programe last night but found it annoying each time the guy said 'conshumer'....

What on earth is secret about commission based sales for mobiles? I though that was common knowledge?

Didn't think much of that show last night. First part was about salesmen on commission upselling products. Who would have thunk it eh? Next part was trying to say that it was the network's fault for fly by night businesses ripping people off.

I was surprised the government was so happy to represent the networks in the EU though.

Yeah, no surprises.

Not mobiles, but I've worked in sales and can say most the time you can't believe in what the salesman tells you, after all their job is to sell.
