T-mobile Contract! Please help!
Hi, got the Samsung G800 phone today free on the flext 30 price plan for 12 months contract. Thought I liked it in store (although I wasn't able to see the actual phone working) and have now got home (2 hours after buying it) and really really don't like it at all!!
I have only turned it on once (they opened the box instore) and have not called or sent any texts with it and all the stickers and such are still on it. All I want to do is swap this phone for the LG Viewty (and don't mind paying the extra cost for the handset) tomorrow. Will T-Mobile let me do this if I explain how unhappy I am with it as it was not what I was expecting? Any help would be fantastic as the t-mobile customer services shut 15 minutes ago! Many thanks.

They will terminate the contract and let you take a new one with the viewty.

take it back to the store. They should be quite happy with swapping the handset over for you.
