As I have a brother in the Army, I know I would support something like that; especially as he is about to head out to Iraq soon. Though with the current climate, the government would slap a tax on the card, tax on the postage and then tax on the soldiers receiving the cards. They would see it is a self-sustaining way to pay for the troops, they sent out there in the first place.
