i have a Linksys RT31P2, non tied to any provider.

so its free to do whatever.


its linked to the sipgate provider and all is working well however my phone can ring through and the phone can recieve calls but! i cant hear anything on it.

I get a dialtone but if i can ring the 10000 test number it obviously connects through but i hear nothing....


anyone got any light on that?

And how did you resolve this issue?
I have just got the same router and using Sipgate, if I call my sipgate number, and I talk, the sound coming from Sipgate to whoever is talking is very poor.
