help needed
Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone can help me. I have a Sagem digital tv recorder, which is great as I can pause live tv. But as expected I am starting to run out of storage space for the programmes I am recording. I am thinking possibly that the best way is to get a dvd recorder to put all my tv shows onto disc, but can you do this from a digital tv recorder, and if so has anyone got any recommendations as to the best one to get and how easily it is to do. Also how much are the discs that you have to get. Thanks guys, look forward to hearing from any thoughts out there. |

If your Sagem has a scart out then you can do it - you connect the scart out on the Sagem to a scart in on your DVD recorder, press play on the Sagem, press record on the DVD recorder, job's a good un.
DVD recorders start at about fifty quid - you can pay anything up to £300 if you want features such as built-in Freeview, built-in hard drive, HDMI upscaling, ability to play DivX movies and MP3s etc etc etc. Blank discs start at between 10p and 20p each, if you buy in a bundle. I normally pay a fiver for fifty. |
