Just thinking after last night's performance the similarities between the Apprentice and the novel Lord of the Flies..

In the novel a group of schoolboys (apprentices) stranded on a desert isle (a house) split into two tribes (teams).
They believe there is a beast (Siralan?) living on the isle.
In the end the children (apprentices) turn into savages attacking each other and the end of the novel they are trying to hunt one down intending to kill.
Well we have not got to the latter stage on the apprentice but there are weeks to go so who knows.
