awwww, Wayne is such a sweetheart. Even more glad I named my lovely kitten after him now, he deserves to have something named in his honour.

I bet you keep that rose forever!!!!!!! Can't wait to see the show now. xxx

I seroiusly couldn't have asked for anymore - and it was certainly a lot more than I could have wished for, seeing his face when he came on locked eyes, I was more than made up for the evening - but the wink when he sang Mary Lou was brilliant - I may have dropped hints that I liked that one - and then in Pretty Woman, and I was already flying extremely high!

All of my boys are on very dodgy ground now, following Wayne's loveliness yesterday!! LOL - Boy number 1 may have given me pants, a ring, dog tags, and numerous plectrums but he's never given me a rose!!!

I would be tempted , but is just before I go to 2 shows in London & CSWY in Edinburgh, . & unless it's a matinee I would have to stay over somewhere.

another time another show I would love to!!
I can get a Direct bus free to Glasgow (being old)

Well , I've finally booked my ticket for the Wed matinee in Woking .
I'm glad I dithered as I got the ticket for £10 (+ booking fee) as they were on special offer according to the person in the booking office .
I am looking forward to seeing/hearing Wayne again as it was in this very theatre in May this year that I saw him as Pharaoh in Joseph
Roll on Oct 1st !

Silverprincess - he is in a musical called "The Concert They Never Gave" playing Ricky Nelson . It is another Bill Kenwright production so tour dates are on his site.

See page 16 , posts 395 & 396 for details .

For those wanting to see him, but who haven’t booked yet – prime viewing spots are slightly off centre, but to the right this time, as this where he does his harmonies and the encore….
Definitely agree!!! best view. especially on the front row. Wayne spotted me straight away on friday night.... after i'd warned him i may randomly turn up during the week! but i got a fit of giggles part the way through wayne said he didn't notice, but i was violently shaking, trying to stop myself from laughing out loud.... I really don't know what came over me, but i ended up laughing for most of his set and part of gene pitney's (stuart??? - sarah, does he remind you of steve carrell when he first walks out??)
Got winks and waves in the second half and encore... and lael (guitarist) and Stuart (Gene/Everly bro (phil?)) where talking to me outside as well.... They also noticed me during the show (as did tim) and kept grinning as they watched me shaking....
Anyway.
Ditto what sarah said - the show is amazing..... been singing ricky nelson songs for the past week, and ended up buying his greatest hits last week!!
Roll on liverpool.............

I go to the show tomorrow and I'm really quite excited
I love 60s music so I should recognise most of the songs - will have to fight the urge to sing along

I am going on Thursday night, more for my mum than me as she loves all the old songs etc, but I am sure having Wayne in the cast will make it much easier for me to sit through

Had a great time at the show yesterday ! . However it obviously doesn't have a massive appeal as the stalls were less than a third full. It meant I had a great view - nobody directly in front of me and Wayne was straight opposite me for all his supporting performances . He looked great in the black shirt and trousers , but that yellow jumper........
The cast member playing Phil Everly is very cute too .
Apart from a lady (and her partner) who knew Wayne , I was the only one at the Stage Door so I got my programme signed by the four lead cast members.
I just love the music of the sixties so I had a great time clapping along and singing too .

Hello All!

HAPPY NEW YEAR.

We (at Acclaim) have made Wayne a website.

www.waynesmith.acclaimassociates.com

It'd be great if you could sign his guestbook!

Best Wishes.

James
