It is specifically covering the following:-

Durabrand PSTB-1, Logik LDR1, Matsui DTR-3 - upgrading to version 2.14.

and nothing for the T816

I think they are all Set Top Boxes, as opposed to Recorders, which seem to be ignored, no matter what problems/faults/bugs they may have.

Isn't this download just to fix the Teletext Extra bug that causes the box to crash overnight? Nothing to do with the Vestel PVRs.

I know how you feel, but when I try another brand of PVR its shortcomings make the Vestel irreplaceable

I suppose it is slightly encouraging that Vestel are still prepared to transmit updates. There may still be a glimmer of hope for us.
