If this is the case, then this will definitely work in Lucinda's favour. To me she doesn't seem to be tough enough, but it is difficult to tell as the environment she is working in is hardly a normal one.

She certainly gets it right when she's team leader.
I was pleased they all said, without any hesitation, how good she was when Sir Alan asked them last night.
There's usually a deathly silence for a few moments.
