Just wondering how suziechan gets the info/gets to watch them in advance? (Jealous!) I'm dying to know who'll win now, although I heard that it hasn't actually been decided yet - the final hiring will happen like one or two days before the final episode?

Yes, quite. I'm hoping Claire or Lee will win.....but it's hard to get to enthused really!

It's annoying that several far better candidates have been sent on their way....

I'm sorry that Lucinda didn't make the final. I guessed she wouldn't when I saw the TV Times (or whichever it was!) cover, with her at the front in the middle- sure sign she'd be booted off! I didn't think she would necessarily do well in the interviewing process that Sir Alan sets up, as the interviewers are very much the "Hard nosed, school of hard knocks, no silver-spoon", type who would be much better suited to the other four candidates.
I didn't like it when Lee ranted at Sara, and I didn't think that he managed Lucinda well in the car task but I think Alex is both sneaky and lazy so I hope that the final choice is between Lee and Claire and I don't really care who wins (I've watched every series and this is the first time that I haven't liked anybody enough to want them to win!)
Also if i was in the final I'd pick Simon to be in on my team as my "grafter"!

i have seen the final but without the final ten minutes. but as i said earlier, it's a bit open ended...and though i know who I'D like to win - sas plays it close to his chest...
plus they've still got the episode in edit at the moment...so they can tweak away, which is why if anyone posts on here that they know, i'd be very wary!

i really wouldn't call it! alex and helene were so disorganised. they didn't even think about profit, created a funky bottle but something that would cost so much to make they wouldn't make any money! BUT the big perfume honchos liked their product more...
lee and claire worked well, got an ok smelling perfume but they called it roulette, linking it to gambling etc..which they the head honchos picked up on and weren't too impressed by...

SO...sas has a go at both of them!
