i think Helene has a good chance of winning

Oh, I hope not...she seems too `bullish' for my liking. At the moment, I really don't like her manner & how she has treated people on occasions - I find her abrasive & rude - but who knows...I liked Alex (not now), I liked Lee (not now...aggressive & swears too much) - I didn't like Raef at all (like him now), I didn't think much of Lucinda (like her now)...so what do I know?!!!!

So do we know who is in the final yet?

nah im not a fan of Helene either (for the moment)
hmm im just going by what Nick/ Margaret and now Jenny C have said about Helene ...which makes me think she will do well in the comp

Helene wins and Micheal is fired or maybe SAS pitys him and instead sacks Claire for being in the boradroom so many times and 3 times in a row.

SAS points to the person on his right so whoever is sitting there will be fired , that looks like Sara from the clip of all 8 sitting in the boardroom

Not really sure this time. Claire might go if the team she is on loses but if the other team loses then it could be between Michael and Sara. The clue is in the clip at the end of last nights show when Sir Alan states something about the person he is firing making too many mistakes in the past.

Interesting that Claire, Sara and Helene have been moved round - that looks to me like a definite attempt by the producers to split Helene and Lucinda, Sara and Lee and limit the chances of rowing/bullying.

Both the preview clips on the BBC site are of Raef - does that mean anything? I think the voiceover describes them as part of Lucinda's team, so presumably she's PM.

That's what I thought too but I thought that was something to throw us off the scent as that is clearly aimed at Micheal as SAS even said to him that he always makes mistakes this week.

Week 9's task is to design and market a new brand of tissues.

The press release definatley indicates that there will be a task about advertising/making perfume.

And I don't believe they would show scenes from the final this early on (i.e the car task)

So, unless there was an error on the press release, I wouldn't mind betting there's either no interviews this year, OR the perfume task is the final - but usually the final task is kept under wraps until it happens.

This WILL be fun considering most of them don't know their arse from their elbows and those that do have stained elbows from all the sh*t stirring they do

If there are 4 people in the final then unfortunately I can't see the interviews either. Why do they mess with the format!

Oh...so if the car task is in Week 10 then Micheal,Lucinda,Lee,Alex and Raef are all in the top 6.

That means that the last place in the top 6 will be filled by either Sara,Claire or Helene and the next two people to be fird will be out of those two as well.

I'd say Claire out in the top 8 then Sara finishing 7th.
