Is anyone going to put on here what actually happens? rather than rumours. i was hoping suziechan would have posted something by now my reputation at work is going to go down hill if i dont know whats going to happen!!!!!

I wouldn't count on anyone posting the winner here prior ot the final, but if you read back we do have a source that indicates that Claire and Lee ar the final 2 and that Alex walks. I think that's a bit more than just a rumour...

I'd say that is almost a dead cert, as it backs up a lot of other info we have had posted here.

If the Alex rumour turns out to be true, it's a bit of a backhanded compliment to Lucinda, who's supposed to have helped him (and other candidates/jobseekers/gobshites) cope with his separation issues during the filming...

Because a reliable source says that that is what happens (go back a few pages), and also because there has been a buzz about a 'hot' candidate walking almost since the start of the series.

If one of the winning team resigns then the person left standing is the winner. End of.

so, if SAS starts to bring someone off the losing team to replace the one that walked then that imo makes the whole competition an absolute sham. If rumours are true, it sounds like SAS is moving the goalposts to please himself.

If that rumour is true, it makes a complete mockery of this final, and suggests he may as well have fired Helene last week, and kept Claire and the boys for the final. If he doesnt want Helene, then he should have fired her.

Maybe too obvious.... but both Alex and Helene who we believe don't make the final 2, say they'd hire Lee.....

So is it a clue or a double bluff?!

In all honesty though I don't dislike the guy so won't really be unhappy if he wins. Just a bit bewildered that someone so.....how to put it politely? Inarticulate , let's say , has managed to beat at least 4 candidates far better suited to the job.

It's been a series of odd decisions and this would be nothing compared to some firings this year which were far more ludicrous.

However, Helene doesn't rate Alex's business skills, commenting: "I don't think that Alex is as good as me, I don't think he's got the depth of knowledge, I've got more work experience.

"The Lee I've seen the last couple of hours isn't the Lee that I've worked with. He's not focused and he's fluffy," comments Claire.

BTW, there is a spoiler out there claiming that Lee and Alex are the final two, and that Lee wins though I'm not sure it's the most credible of rumours but we shall see....I think my money is on our spoilers here being closer to the truth...
