Apparently the team people don't expect to win actually wins the task. The man in the team claims not to want the job and quits and Sir Alan decides he doesn't want to hire the woman on that team (can't bear the sound of her whiny voice or any more comments about succeeding in male dominated environments) so fires her and brings back the other team. And one of them wins (spelling or ability to tell the truth on your CV not apparently being a requirement to work for SAS).

Of course this may all be rumour and speculation.

Hmmm now Raef's just said on This Morning that he wants Lee to win but he thinks Claire will. Considering he knows who wins..... it could be the biggest clue yet.

Unless Raef is allowed into the final boardroom (unlikely), he won't know, unless they let hem wait outside and find out immediately.

The fired candidates are usually in the audience for Your Hired, so he probably does know.

It's pre-recorded the night before it airs.

According to The Sun it was filmed last night, so the candidates and anyone who was in the audience know who wins.

Raef might well be sticking to what he said in the mag interviews so we can't really gather anyone as the winner from that

It was classic stuff...I hope it will be on YT too. apparently Duncan Valentine had been on the show earlier and said he should fire all the finalists and hire Raef instead...

The majority of last year's lot said they thought we should watch out for Lee, and they also said they knew who won. This was back in week 3 or something like that.

I guessed from the comments made that thats who the spoiler said, but like you said, I always feel wary of spoilers that people will only give out over PM - No offence meant to anyone of course.

Although if the person in that spoiler is the winner then it kind of goes against the other "spoiler" posted by someone else in that thread
