It has been a change this series for sure, i usually root for the working class underdog, but Lucinda and Raef are my two favourites this series. I think it is because in previous series all the slightly posher contestents theyve had on the show have been like Nicholas.

Yes, it's interesting how it has worked out...Simon was my favorite, and once he was gone I switched my support to Raef, but Lucinda and Sara I like too. I think those four are the only candidates this year with any class at all. (edit: to be fair, Shazia is worth a mention also).

I think your second point is the reason many people (myself included) were slow to warm to Raef initially - we all have our own preconceptions after all.

Yay @ Lucinda's team doing so well. Hope she gets a lot of kudos for that heading into the final.

I'll be very upset if Sara goes over Michael (or Helene, for that matter). I find it ridiculous that someone as quintessentially useless as he can be kept for so long. Sara's behaved competently on almost every task so far, and always contributes. Michael just manages to make himself look an arrogant, moany fool.

If Sara is on the losing team, and survives the board room, can we expect more of the same reaction from the likes of Lee?

Apparently Helene picks wedding dresses at hundreds of pounds to sell while Lucinda goes for a top Designer whose dresses sell for thousands so her team only have to make one or two sales in order to beat the other team even if they sell a lot more.

That's a very sound tactic...there's an element of risk, of course, but as long as you have faith in your team to make those sales it's a risk worth taking. It seems like Helene maybe takes the 'easy option'.

That would be fabulous. Especially after reading Jenny C's comments about her AFTER her damage limitation interview on YF.

To be honest I'd go expensive as well. Most brides I've known have spent a small fortune on their dresses and haven't really worried about the cost.

Michael and Sara view the posh designers dresses but Alex and Helene view the other middle road ones. Then when deciding which they want Helene says she wants the middle ones- which are cheaper. Michael admits he didnt fight enough for the posher expensive dresses in boardroom.

The other team however go straight for the posh dresses which in the end means they make more money from their sales.

The killer blow is in their 2nd product-

Both teams want to sell wedding accessories-thongs etc etc...it comes down to the owner to decide which team sells them..she choses Lucindas as they have the posh dresses.

Lee does an excellent job selling the accessories making I think £600.

So the posh dresses were the big thing that secured the major difference in totals

Which totally makes sense, when you think about! Seems like Lucinda's team have a good week as a whole, and Helene's team really struggle!

I don't mind if she doesn't get fired but, for some of the nasty things Helene has said about Lucinda I sincerely hope this rumour is true. It will be great for her to lose against someone who "is lazy and does very little in tasks".

Well I hope that Helene gets fired in that case, but the "mistakes" comment from SA makes me think it's Michael.

I think the "mistakes" thing could apply to Helene too as she makes the major mistakes this week and she also made mistakes the last time she was PM , putting Lucinda in an inappropriate setting.

Yeah that's true too. For the first time since ages I don't know who will be fired out of the three in the boardroom! According to the previews it might be Sara , according to where SAS points it might be Micheal and it may be Helene due to what SAS fires the person for!

Maybe when Nick said that Helene would get better he meant when she won as PM as that article was written after Week 2. Margaret has said that Helene can't defend herself in the boardroom and that's a pretty integral part of surviving the boardroom so maybe she gets fired this week after all!

Actually I think this week any of the three in the boardroom could be fired this week , and my source won't get into trouble , as long as I don't mention their name!

I agree. Could be her or Michael though they still havent shown the clip of Michael and Raef where Raef looks like he is practicing using a steering wheel.
