Is it significant that the Spoiler Views is up dramatically from the previous weeks? !4,000 (nearly) last week - 37,000 so far today? Increased viewing of the show, more interest in it, or what?

I agree, I've managed not to read spoiler posts myself as of yet, but I've been very tempted and I think people are just giving in and having a look!
I think there may be increased viewing of the show as well though. These kind of programmes get an increase in ratings as the finals get closer.

ill still watch the show........even tho I know the outcome......I just think its daft to make people wait when its all ready out there......
BBC ratings is the only reason its kept to Sunday.

Maybe the result this week was a shock one, hence more people are revisiting the thread and discussing it? (this isn't a spoiler - I haven't looked, so I don't know!)
Well in all the 20 pages it doesn't actually seem to be a confirmed spoiler, so that's probably why the views are up - people keep checking to see if it's confirmed!
I couldn't be fagged to read every single post but it's just something from anotehr forum, rather than a confirmed spoiler from any DS poster who was actually there.

Given that the other forum is one that is dedicated to all things theatrical, there is no reason to imagine that it is any less reliable than here...

I may be wrong - someone correct me if I am - but the 'views' are individual people, not the number of times you've had a look.

I just looked at it to test your theory (I have visited it already) and the number of views didn't go up, so you may well be right.
I was looking at it loads last night though then noticed I wasn't logged in the whole time, so it might have tracked as a unique visit each time? Not sure.
