She was soo good tonight!

Is anyone else really annoyed with denise's comment though, that rachel should take a leaf out of sam's book.
I thought it was really bitchy!

I'm in total agreement with LaLaLaur - up till week 6, I had really disliked her because I felt she was cold, nothing behind the eyes etc. But since the sing-off she has really won me over and I think she's my new favourite (after Sarah). I thought her performance was the best by far tonight, and while I understood the panel's comments about her not connecting, I couldn't see any of the other Nancys doing it significantly better either (and the bias towards Sam is making my blood boil, but that's another story altogether). It's a huge feat singing that Whitney song and not sounding Karaoke, and I never like anyone singing that song on talent shows but for the first time I felt that she did it justice.

I really hope she's not in the bottom 2 because I think she's easily the most rounded and all-round competent performer left.

I agree with this and I thought she did well last night with her version of the Whitney song - also she has had a lot of stick but has coped with it and is still determined to do it so she clearly has grit - she needs to let go more - maybe she will soon - but out of the girls left I think she is fast becoming my favourite.

I thought Rachel sung that sing-off beautifully, and perhaps for the first time I was convinced by her emotions, much more so than Niamh, who I felt only gave a superficial interpretation. I think people are almost expecting Rachel to be emotionally devoid because of the comments, which (imo) makes them unfairly prejudiced towards Rachel even before she begins.

There's a big piece on Rachel in our local paper today. Would you Rachel fans like it scanned on here?

Great stuff Holly Oaks, hopefully a lot of people will be like yourself who haven't votd for her in the past but now agree she NEEDS to be in the final.

If anything she's probably the most deserving of a final place.
